Born in Bundaberg and raised on a farm near Bucca my family also had a earthmoving business. I learned about doing the hard yards and turning my hand to many different tasks which led me to my diverse work history. After finishing high school I completed an engineering trade followed by variety of jobs including tradesman, machinery operator and salesman before becoming self employed. Diversity didn't stop there as I had a takeaway, bookshop, earthmoving repair and parts supply business, I grew smallcrops and owned sugarcane farms, units and rentals sheds. Outside of my work life I thrived from my involvement in sport particularly rugby league in which I played for 20+ years and served as club treasurer and president and being awarded a life membership of Avondale RLC and serving 4 years as president of Northern Districts RL. I have recently resumed my association with NDRL as match review official. In recent years my small avocado and lychee farm has provided me with the challenge of selling my produce directly to the public and brought the realisation I thoroughly enjoy being able to provide products and service to others and sales has always came naturally and fulfilling. I am looking forward to using my experience in farming, business, rentals, sales and more importantly, people, to forge a rewarding career in real estate based on honesty and integrity.
